National rug cleaners also have proprietary tools designed for the various rug types and conditions. Not all rugs are the same. our team of experts know it and our rug cleaning inspectors will make sure your rugs will be directed to the right team and receive the required process.
1.
Inspect Your Rug
Once your rug arrives in our state-of-the-art rug cleaning facility, our inspectors will evaluate, tag and designate your rug to the appropriate rug cleaning team based on the type and condition of you rug, it’s soil level and time and action calendar of the required rug cleaning process.

2.
Get the Dirt out of Your Rug
Once it was established which rug cleaning team and process your rug should go through your rug will go into a pre calibrated (to fit your rug type and condition) Dusting machine. Older folks will probably remember how Rug cleaning and dusting was done by beating the rug with a bamboo or plastic paddle.
The Dusting machine gives our aching muscles a break and does the job for us. This step of rug cleaning ensures that any soil, dust, or debris is removed from the rug before water , cleaning agents and detergent will be applied.
Our dusting machines are calibrated to handle different type of rugs and to make sure that all dust particles and any debris are removed prior to the advancing to the next rug cleaning station.

3.
Washing Stain and Odor Removal
Stains and odors are some of the main reasons people send us their rugs for rug cleaning, and consequently we have become the experts in this rug cleaning process as well. We use a special treatment to remove spills, dirt, and pet messes.
National rug cleaners use environmentally friendly oriented soaps and brighteners when treating your rug and our pet friendly “kill odor” will not harm your pooch or Kitty.
National rug cleaners’ commitment to preserve the globe is very much reflected in every stage of our rug cleaning process.

4.
Rug Spinning
Right before our rug cleaning drying area, your rug goes into our centrifuge.
The centrifuge is very similar to your spinning cycle of your house washing machine.
But it is big and fast and in fact National rug cleaners has the largest centrifuge available in the US which can accommodate 97% of the rugs sizes that arrives in the rug cleaning facility.
This process will ensure that after the dusting treatment and washing, there will be no more dust or any debris left on the rug.

5.
Rug Drying
Now your rug is off to the drying area. While some can be hung, others are laid out to prevent bumps. We will do what’s best for your rug. After this step of the rug cleaning , we can also apply a layer of Scotchgard to ensure it’s protected in the future.
The drying process of rug cleaning service will keep your rug soft and fluffy, and our final operation will ensure its brightness.
