I had an excellent experience! They arrived right on time, were polite and professional, and took the time to explain their cleaning process. Great experience, from pick up to drop off. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had a vintage rug reduce in size to fit my new room and cleaned. They made me a second rug from what the cut out. They look beautiful!

I highly recommend National Rug Cleaners for area rug cleaning. They did a fabulous job on my 40 year old Chinese rug. It’s in our main living area, so it gets a lot of daily traffic. It has a light background, so it shows spots easily. It came back spotless!
Everyone there from phone contact, to cleaning, to pick up and delivery were easy to work with, and kept me informed and in the loop. I got on the schedule soon after I called to set up the cleaning service, and the rug was returned when they promised.
The price was extremely reasonable for a job well done! Wonderful company to work with!

I am beyond pleased with the job done with my wool area rug. I've had this rug in my foyer for at least 19 years. I have sent it out to clean with a company in center city Philadelphia twice before and it has never come back this clean. It is so noticeable that National rug used lots of water to clean the rug. It was returned to me spotless, rejuvenated and clean of pet stains. It feels wonderful on my bare feet! I would highly recommend this company and their pick up and drop off service to anyone. What a great experience! These are the after photos.

They are absolutely the best! My rugs look brand new. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning them, but the repair and binding was outstanding. My puppy chewed the corner of a very expensive carpet and I thought it was done for. I can’t even tell where he chewed it. They pick up and deliver and place the rugs where you want it - even moving furniture if needed. The customer service is outstanding! They returned my calls on their days off and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. Worth every penny spent!

I just had my carpets cleaned by them, and they did an awesome job! The crew showed up on time, were super friendly, and got the job done quickly. My carpets look fantastic! – even the worst stains that were in it are gone. If you need your carpets cleaned, I totally recommend National Rug Cleaners. They're seriously good at what they do!

This company is excellent to deal with. A quick response my initial call and the chairs and rugs was done earlier than initially promised. I worked with David who was extremely helpful in moving and replacing the furniture
